School Supply List

7th and 8th Grade
 
 
Small backpack to carry to and from school (stays in locker during the day)
4 binders:
  • large travel binder to carry to all classes and home daily (with pencil pouch or equivalent),
  • 2”-2 ½”, sturdy, will be used daily (for math),  and
  • 2 1-1 ½” (for science and ELA)
2 sets of binder tab dividers:
  • 1 package of 8-count (for “travel binder”);
  • 1 package of 10-count or equivalent (for math);
  • 1 package of 5-count (for science and ELA)
400 sheets of college-ruled paper (200 for math alone)
Earbuds or headphones (to be used at/left at school for regular use)
2-4 packages of sticky notes (1-2 small, 1-2 large)
2 black, fine-tip Sharpies
2-3 different colored highlighters
Pencils, sharpened, with erasers (at least 40 pencils)
1 plastic container with lid to hold art and other supplies (see locker size below)
1 pair of scissors
3-4 glue sticks
12-24 pack of colored pencils,
1 Pencil sharpener (hand-held) 
1 set of watercolor paints w/brush
1 box of oil pastels
1 -2 boxes of facial tissue
Fitness clothing and good tennis shoes
 
For LOCKERS (optional): 
Locker shelf (interior dimensions: 13” x 11 ¾”)
Magnets or blue tape for interior accessories (nothing on the outside, no sticky adhesives)
NOTE: no personal locks; no glass allowed
 
 
***Reduce, Recycle, Reuse: We want to encourage students to use supplies from previous years before purchasing all new items for the coming year. This is especially true for art supplies, binders, and backpacks. 
6th Grade
